Description of Role:
The individual will fill a client position as the Operations Factory Architect for Identity and Access Management, responsible for the operational stability, proactive maintenance, global infrastructure and operational consistency for the client company. This position is located on the client's premise at 200 Renaissance Center, Jefferson Avenue, Detroit Michigan.

Required Skills
The role requires the following skills:
Strong ITIL foundation based experience with emphasis in Incident, Change and Problem management.
Proven leadership, both technical and people, skills.
Strong requirement analysis and management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present operational strategies to CxO-level individuals.
Proven experience of delivery through all phases of the development process (architecture, design, engineer, test, deploy, & operate)
Extensive experience with run time, operational and cost reduction improvements.
Proven ability to manage vendor and partner relationships with suppliers of products and services.
Proven ability to manage relationships within a multi supplier operational model.
Expert-level knowledge of Identity & Access Management technologies, including:
Directory Services (Sun Directory Server, Active Directory)
Web Access Control (Tivoli Access Manager, Sun Access Manager, Oblix Access)
Delegated Administration (Oblix CoreId)
Identity & Service Provisioning (Sun Identity Manager, Waveset Lighthouse, Thor Xellerate, Tivoli Identity Manager)
Metadirectory Services (Siemens DirXmetahub, Microsoft Identity Integration Services)
Oracle clusters, data warehouse, web farm.
