SAP Compensation Functional Analyst

LOCATION:JACKSONVILLE, FL
DURATION:6+ MONTHS
RATE :$ 60-65/hr DOE CORP-TO-CORP /1099
REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s Degree in related technical discipline and six years relevant experience or Master’s Degree in related technical discipline and four years relevant experience or 11 years relevant experience without college degree.
-Experience with SAP Compensation Functionality and SAP Compensation Management.
-Business Analysis background
-Unit testing experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-SAP Compensation Functional Analyst
-Analyzing business requirements and developing Functional Design specifications that realize client requirements through SAP's Comp Management/ECM technology
-Present Functional Specifications to cross-functional team during walkthroughs and provide hand-offs to development teams
-Prepare and present Functional Preview Workshops to review functional designs with large client.
-Configuring the SAP Compensation Management solution
-Defining and documenting any reporting requirements supporting the mapping of conversion and interface requirements
-Unit test execution
-Integration between Compensation Management and all other SAP products being implemented
-Other duties as assigned
