Required Skills: Minimum of three years of technical support experience in computer software industry. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Self-motivated and creative, passionate and a team player. Excellent understanding of complex systems architectures, load balancers, proxies, TCP/IP. SQL Server 2005 / TSQL. Ability to write SQL queries by hand.
C#, .NET, ASP.NET (1+ years, must be able to read and troubleshoot)
Understanding & Troubleshooting Windows Server 2003. Understanding & Troubleshooting Internet Information Server 6.0. Configure security/options in Internet Explorer 5+
Preferred skills: VBScript/WMI Scripting, JavaScript, SQL Reporting Services, MOM, AD/NTFS, XML/XS.
