PeopleSoft HRMS Technofunctional Consultant

Details: Consultants with 6+ years extensive experience in IT and 4+ years as a PeopleSoft technical developer. At least 2 end-to-end Implementations or Upgrade or Support experience. Must have implementation exp in HRMS 8.9 application consisting of Core HR, Benefits, Payroll modules. Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies. Experience implementing large-scale projects from design through production phases. Excellent technical skills in People tools 8.x, PeopleCode and application engine programming. Should Know coding using Peoplesoft SQR very well. Should be able to read and understand the flow of Program code written in Cobol. Should be able to read the Cobol Program and Convert it to an equivalent SQR program. Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels. Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
