Job Description:
Org Design Workstream Leader
Position manages the integration of the Client's Org Design work and provides leadership to the Client's team responsible for defining and mapping the transition project dependent upon the organizational data. Position provides updates through the Org Design Workstream and represents a critical role in resolving issues and establishing/monitoring client and Implementer-dependent activities related to Organizational Design and the transformation.
Client needs a strong coach in this area to stay on target for the delivery of required project deliverables to support the build and conversion of HR transformation data to SAP. Role is likely to require resource to spend a considerable portion of their time on site in Wilmington.
Required Skills/Experience:
· Maintaining the plan for the Org. Design Workstream and working jointly with Client and Implementer solution teams to manage the critical tasks to plan and report back to project management and the program management office
· Providing subject matter expertise to the Client on all Organizational Management design and mapping activities
· Integrating between Client and Implementer solution teams to ensure dependent tasks/assignments and their deadlines are understood and achieved
· Assisting with the Org Management implementation project plan integration into the larger project plan to ensure appropriate integration with the SAP implementation and the data conversion
· Assisting with preparation for the Org Management data conversion
· Managing client expectations in regards to SAP functionality and feasibility of effort
· Participating in Org Management Functional Design reviews to ensure cross integration with Org Structure Initiative and data conversion
· Documenting and mitigating existing risks for delivery
· Evaluating and correcting current course of action
· Facilitate the timely handoff and resolution of data cleansing or dependent Org Design data that requires correction/follow-up during testing and cutover
· Assessing the impact of changes/updates to Org. Design business requirements and providing input into analysis to support leadership team decision making
