Business Objects Reporting Analyst

Duties:
The reporting analyst position involves creation and maintenance of business reports in Business Objects XI/Crystal 11 for multiple business operations. This includes ongoing development of monthly/daily reporting, development of a web-based reporting application, and ad hoc analysis for multiple clients in a complex business environment. Must be comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate the following skills and abilities:

Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to create a cooperative relationship with customers.
Familiarity with the mortgage industry, specifically loan default management.
Demonstrated experience using MS SQL Server 2000 views and stored procedures in large databases (10GB or higher with number of rows in the order of millions) utilizing multiple joins.
Ability to review data and provide sound analysis to clients/customers.
Understanding of web technologies and experience with HTML, cascading style sheets, ASP.NET, VB.NET, or similar development tools.
Experience with Visual Source Safe.
Demonstrated experience with Crystal Reports, and Business Objects. Specific experience with creating, tuning and implementing Business Objects universes for Crystal Reports and for dashboard/performance manager.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good accountability skills are essential
