REQUIRED SKILLS:
The work to be done will primarily include developing Excel Workbooks, Word Documents and applications using VB and VBA in support of rate design, Cost of Service, and tariff document production for the EU distribution rate case.

Minimum 3 years experience in developing applications required using Word, Excel, and VB 6.0.

In depth familiarity with OLE Automation for Excel and Word.

Use of COM required.

Ability to interface with business users required.

Utilities or telecom industry background in modeling and maintaining rate data and processing rate increases preferred.

Required Skills: Microsoft VB, VBA, Excel, Word, COM, OLE Automation.
