BO XI R2 Architect

Description: We are looking for someone to take on the role of ongoing support for the Business Objects reporting deliverable we are developing in the
current project phase. We have created a Data Warehouse environment using Informatica 8.1 as the ETL tool and Oracle 10g as the database.
Business Objects XI R2 is the main tool for accessing the data. We have created multiple dashboards consisting of numerous tabs and layers of
Webi report. Each dashboard(s) serves a specific member of the Market Risk team.

It involves Market Risk Management reporting for an Energy Trading company. Thus an indepth knowledge of the tool involved and at least a
general understanding of the concepts of Energy Trading are required.Just a BO Developer is not good enough.

The position will serve to support the existing reports with changes/corrections and work with the Market Risk Managment team to expand the capabilities of the Tool by expanding the universe and/or creating new reports/dashboards.

They need to have 5+ years with BO, 7+ years of consulting, and a year or at least a couple of projects with XI R2, specifically using Webi and
Dashboard. They need to have a deep understanding of building and maintaining a BO universe and a strong knowledge of dimensional modeling
in a data warehouse and writing SQL.

They will need to be able to interact and communicate effectively with the executive team directly. They will be asked for status updates, to
participate in design sessions, and develop, test, and implement new reports. So communication skills and presence around executives is as
important as the skill set.
