Primary or Mandatory Skills
- Liaison between GIL 3 IM Application migration project team and Chevron business unit customers by coordinating meetings and conducting interviews.
- Create original workflow diagrams based on business unit interviews and feedback.
- Assist with gap analysis to determine development requirements in the new GIL 3 SharePoint solution.

- Document business process models based on business interviews
- Create supporting documentation, (e.g. training materials, presentations, functional/technical requirements)
- Prepare and present written communications to customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Maintain awareness of the GIL 3 Information Management Solution and technical directions with MS SharePoint.

Detail Job Description
They will work closely with application SMEs and Information Technology Company and Business Unit internal development and/or support teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications. They will report to the GIL 3 IM Application Migration Team Lead with accurate and timely documentation of the issues
