Web Apps Developer

Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6-12 months
Compensation: $45-50 per hour to 1099 (Our own candidates if possible, 1099-$45-50 or W2-$40-45 per hour)

Job Description: Our customer, Wells Fargo is looking for an experienced contractor with skill-sets for Web Application Development.

Responsibilities

Analyzes, tests, and debugs assigned production issues
Analyzes specifications to code and unit-test new features or modifications to existing functionality
Required experience

Experience with large, mission critical applications
Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle
Ability to work in a complex environment interacting with multiple internal organizations in different geographic locations.
5+ years in Java development
2+ years in web development
2+ years with the struts framework
Working knowledge of Web Services
Solid understanding of XML and SOAP
Solid understanding of design patterns: e.g. Singleton, MVC, Factory, Delegate
Experience with the Unix operating system (Solaris 8 and 10 preferred)
Desired skills

Working knowledge of Apache web server
Experience with Eclipse and ClearCase
Working knowledge of JUnit
