Job Description:
As a Solutions Consultant you will be a key team member of the Reporting Team of a PeopleSoft deployment projects. As a Reporting Team member you will be responsible for working with Functional Team members and the end user community to drive out business requirements. You will lead the completion of reporting functional specifications in coordination with functional and business analysts. Additionally you will review fit-gap analysis; review functional design specifications with leadership; and lead design reviews with users of functional tracks and business teams and contribute to the development of project plans and status updates

Required Qualifications:
Strong consulting background; experience in technology, finance and supply chain management; large-scale PeopleSoft Financials deployment experience; and prior experience working in a large organization with progressively increasing responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include health care industry background; PeopleSoft 8.9 deployment experience; prior IT team lead experience; and previous experience working independently in a complex environment.

Cognos Reporting experience
Strong PeopleSoft functional Experience (3+ years)
PeopleSoft nVision Experience (2+ years)
PeopleSoft SQR Development Experience (1+ year)
Working understanding of XML Publisher
PeopleSoft 8.9 experience
Functional understanding of the following PeopleSoft modules: G/L, A/P, PO, INV, EPM Warehouses (Finance and Warehouse Marts)
