3+ years general webMethods development experience (focusing on Flow Service development in a distributed team environment)

2+ years design enterprise solutions using webMethods tools
2+ years Hands on experience developing integration solutions using v 6.1 or 6.5 tools
Banking experience a plus
BAM, BPM and SOA experience a plus
