1.The consultant must know DWL now renamed WebSphere Customer Center/Call Center
2.The consultant Must know and will be doing Benchmarking
3.The consultant must know and will be doing Configuration
4.The consultant must know and will be doing Data Loading
5.Must know and will be doing Load Balancing
6.Must and will be doing Performance Tuning
7.Must know and will be Developing Code to Load the Database
8.Must know and will be doing Java CodeDevelopment
