Individuals in this team have the opportunity to directly interact and collaborte with several client areas delivering small to
mid size technical solutions in various technology platforms.
DESCRIPTION:Position will be responsible for providing support to client areas on mainframe and client server platforms.
Primary responsibilities include responding to client questions, training, break/fix analysis and resolution, executing version
and interim patch upgrades, and reverse demand work to ensure application reliability and stability. Position will interface
with vendor to identify functionality, maintenance information and maintain appropriate application documentation and/or
Help Desk knowledge database. Additional responsibilities working with Corporate Solutions Center leadership to execute
tasks such as performing technical analysis, buy/build/enhance/modify analysis, executing development or deployment of
technology solutions identified to drive business solutions. Position will also be responsible for providing work estimates
and drafting SOW's documents, risk analysis, test plans, issue lists and other project life cycle documents as required.
