Note: Job Title = QA Senior Tester

Please submit 2 candidates by March 9, 2007. The manager is looking for someone who is a strong communicator, must be able to plan, organize and strategize. Candidate must have Rational Robot Automation tools.

B. Please describe the day-to-day responsibilities of the position:

Validating that all QA policies, procedures and standards are being enforced within the designated track

- Planning aspect to the Vista upgrade project

- QA documentation

- Test Execution and defect mgmt

- General QA processes

- Strong team approach and GREAT communicator

- MUST have…..Automation prefer Robot but Mercury will be acceptable

Participation in scripting, testing and peer review activities
Provide daily and weekly status deliverables to gauge measurable progress
C. Please give an example of the end product this person would produce. (i.e. code, business analyst spec’s, QA script).

Help planning the Vista project and approach

Accurate and repeatable manual and automated test scripts written following QA standards

Progress metrics detailing activities planned versus accomplished within the track

Accurate and measurable test results both internally and from offshore resources

Accountability for work of all track resources to be completed on time
